Supporting You at Every Stage of Your Case
Investigation
Pleadings
Discovery
Pre-trial proceedings
Trial
The discovery phase is typically the most time-consuming. This is when information is exchanged in the form of depositions (oral questions) and interrogatories (written questions) involving all parties to the suit and subpoenas if information is requested from a third party.
Many cases resolve before reaching the courtroom. If settling your case produces the best result, I will explain why that’s the better option. If proceeding to trial is the only solution for a satisfactory outcome, then I'll fight on your behalf. Call for a consultation.
